It feels like one of those years where I’ve been so busy - between dayjob work, taking photos and editing those photos - that I haven’t had much time to talk about what I’ve been doing.
I recently hit ten thousand photos taken since I bought my DSLR camera, which feels like an important milestone. I’ve been spending more and more spare time with camera in hand in the past year, and I’m now happy enough with the consistency of the images I’m taking that I want to be able to share physical copies, so I’ve just launched Rob Haines Print Club.
I’ll be rolling out prints of my favourite images from the past couple of years over the course of the summer, as I get time to run test prints at various sizes. However, I also wanted to do something more than just a traditional print shop, so I’m also offering monthly memberships at various tiers, where each month I’ll send subscribers a print of the month’s Featured Photo, an image that particularly speaks to me or describes my path through the year. I’m excited by the possibilities of this, so please stop by and check out my Print Club!
This won’t change anything regarding on online presence; I’m still going to be posting my photos here and on social media as usual. I’ve got a backlog of photos I want to upload, and I’ll be working on this over the next few weeks; to start off, here’s the best photos from my recent obsession with the moon: Moon Shots
Thanks for joining me on this journey, and continuing to support my photography!
